Education is essential to the success of the Salt Lake County Weed Control Program and to weed management throughout Utah

By developing public awareness programs not only will community members learn to recognize and report noxious weeds to local weed experts, but they will also engage family, friends, and neighbors in stewardship and outreach activities that take ownership in the environment and management of our landscapes.
